Why I'm writing here

After two decades building data and AI systems inside alternative asset management, I’ve accumulated a set of questions I keep returning to: How do agentic systems actually earn trust in institutional workflows? What does the investor lifecycle look like when intelligence is native rather than bolted on? Where does enterprise data architecture help — and where does it quietly get in the way?

This site is where I work through those questions in public.

Expect two kinds of writing:

Studies — longer, structured pieces with a question, a method, and a conclusion. These will be less frequent and more considered.

Notes — shorter working observations from things I’m building or reading. Less polished, published sooner.
